Cancellations
24 hour cancellation policy. Client must cancel/reschedule any appointment before 24 hours of the appointment time. After the 24 hour window a $50 cancellation fee is placed on your account for any future appointments. ALL no-call/no-show appointments will have to pay 100% of any future appointments and 100% of the missed appointment.
No Call/No Show
We understand that emergencies happen, we also respect our clients and ask for the same in return. ALL no call/no show appointments will be required to pay 100% of missed appointment. Our stylists livelihood is only made by our appointments, this is why this policy is in place and enforced.
Satisfaction Policy
Our clients satisfaction is our priority. Should you become unsatisfied with your service you have 3 (THREE) days to reach out to the servicing stylist regarding options. All stylists are independent contractors and guarantee their own preformed services.
