Our lead artist is Amy Gilstrap-Dodd. Amy has years of management experience along with salon + sales experience. Amy's leadership style is to encourage and foster the talents needed to create a profitable career for each stylist. Amy's focus is to be better than the day before and promote the staff to achieve their best in their abilities. 

Our salon functions as a team. We encourage and rally around each other. We pitch in where needed and pull our weight to assure each cient receives a fabulous experience in the salon. We understand that our biggest competition is ourselves not each other. The drama is left at the door.....

Just like in life there has to be structure. It is not the enemy of a fun environment. It the catalyst to ensure each stylist knows their role, salon expectations, a fair and level playing field for all. Each stylist is given the same rotation, the same treatment, the same encouragement and the abilities to achieve success behind the chair.
